      • The belted diaper pads were not attached to the diapering table rendering it unsafe Attach the belted pad to the table or attach a belt to the table that comes up and over the pad securing the child in place

      • The red/yellow toys in the OSC room required cleaning (there was debris observed along the surface).

      • One of the outlets along the pole in the Toddler room was bent. As a result, there was a gap present where a finger or a small object could be pushed inside. Please replace the bent cover and provide a method of restricting access to the outlet by the children.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • i. One of the outlet cover caps in the OSC room was missing. Simran replaced the cover at the time of inspection. ii. The corners of the fire extinguisher bracket were quite sharp (in the OSC room).iii. There were cleaning chemicals present along the shelf in the back washroom used by the OSC children. Remove access to the chemicals. iv. There were staples present along the posters in the infant room. A few of the staples had fallen off and were on the ground. Tape the staples over/replace with double-sided tape.

      • The surface of the desk (with the microwave) in the OSC room was pitted. As a result, the surface was no longer smooth/easy to clean.
