      • ** bathroom vent covers throughout were dusty and clogged and require cleaning.** Toddler room - the fridge in the toddler room was monitored at 6C and was too warm. Please ensure the fridge is maintained at less than 4C** Toddler room - change pad had a hole.** Toddler room - the spray bottle for the bleach solution in the bathroom was broken.** Infant room - the blue vinyl mat by the change table in the infant room was wearing. Remove, repair or replacement required.** Infant room - The cover for the bean bag and the infant chair was visibly dirty. Cleaning is required.
