      • A personal staff item was observed placed on top of disposable food containers. Please ensure that personal items are not stored in food areas. Corrected onsite. The item was removed from the area.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Fresh garlic in oil was measured at 23C. Please do not store high-risk foods at room temperature. Ensure high-risk foods are kept at a temperature of less than 4C or greater than 60C at all times. If high-risk foods are kept at room temperature, they must be monitored using timers or written logs to ensure they are discarded after 2 hours. Corrected onsite. The garlic in oil mixture was discarded.

      • The hot holding units were measuring around 50C. The units were turned up and quickly reached 60C or greater. Facility had been open for one hour.Please ensure items are hot held at 60C or greater.
