      • 1. There was a piece of cardboard taped to the back side of a shelf in the infant room. **Remove the cardboard and replace with a new one. Laminate a whole piece of cardboard or place a plastic sheet over the cardboard to ensure the surface is easy to clean and does not absorb moisture. Find a more permanent solution to soften the surface in the infant room.2. A small child leather chair in the game room was ripped. **Repair and ensure the surface is easily cleanable.**3. The sink in the toddler room was tapped in the corner. The tape is very worn and stained/grimey.**Remove the tape. Find a more permanent solution to seal the sharp corner.**

Cardboard boxes are water absorbent and cannot be effectively cleaned and disinfected. - Remove all toys from the cardboard boxes and obtain storage bins that are made of nonabsorbent material and are easy to clean.2. The classrooms and storage area were observed to be cluttered and dirty. - Organize and do a deep clean of the facility. Ensure to get into the hard to reach areas.
