Staff do not check final sanitizing rinse temperature for both glass & dishwasher.*Daily testing should be done onsite with testing equipment for sanitizing chemicals and for high temperature rinse temperature for both glasswasher and dishwasher.

- Quat sanitizer in the spray bottle at the bar was measured less than 100ppm.Use 200ppm quat sanitizer.

- Improper cooling was noted during inspection. Bucket of gravy made last night was measured between 10 to 15 degrees C. in the walk-in cooler. Discarded the gravy, Cool foods safely by using an ice water bath or stirring with a frozen ice wand.

- Owners were very upset regarding COVID restrictions. Unable to conduct a routine inspection.

- A dog was found in the restaurant by the bar. Staff stated that it was a service dog. No ID or ID vest on the dog. Remove dog from the restaurant.
