      • Ceiling tiles noted to be missing/moved to the side. Ensure all ceiling tiles are in place, and all surfaces are easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Bun cooler noted to be sitting at a temperature of more than four degrees C. Ensure cooler is able to maintain a food safe temperature.

      • Additional sanitation appeared to be needed. Areas were discussed with the operator.

      • Several used cleaning cloths were observed on the counter when not in use. Ensure cleaning cloths are either discarded or placed in a sanitizer bucket when not in use to help prevent contamination. The operator placed the indicated cloths in the laundry during the inspection.

      • Several spray bottles with chemicals were observed without labels. Ensure all chemicals are labeled. The operator labelled the indicated chemical spray bottles during the inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • A buildup of grime was observed on the mop sink. Ensure that the indicated area is cleaned and sanitized.
