      • Manual dishwashing in place did not appear to contain a sanitizing step. Ensure manual dishwashing contains a wash, rinse and sanitize step. This was corrected onsite.

      • -Inside the preparation cooler, the over-stacking was observed. One food item was directly touching another food item. Action taken:-Staff was instructed not to over-stack the food items to avoid cross-contamination.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • -The sanitizer bottles were unlabeled.Action required:-Staff was instructed to label all the bottles to avoid chemical misuse.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • -It was observed that the handwashing sink was blocked with a tray containing pizza dough.Action taken:-Staff was instructed to empty the handwashing sink. -Handwashing sink must be accessible, supplied with hot/cold water, paper towels and soap dispenser.
