      • The concentration of bleach water available in the spray bottle in the kitchen measured approximately 50 ppm.Bleach water for sanitizing food contact surfaces must measure between 100-200 ppm. Solution was remade during inspection and then measured 100 ppm.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The residual chlorine concentration at the dish level during the sanitize cycle was undetectable.Have the dishwasher serviced/repaired. Residual chlorine concentration at the dish level during the sanitize cycle must measure 100 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no paper towel holder/dispenser for the paper towel at the bar.Place the paper towels in/on a holder or dispenser to help protect it from contamination.
