- Food area is used for floral arrangements. Floral chemicals stored in food prep area. Remove all floral items from food prep area.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Operator has a two compartment sink and hand sink. Dishwasher needs to be installed due to level of food handling and customer reusable dishes.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- There was a bar set up on the patio. Mixed drinks were being prepared and served from the bar. There was no hand wash sink at the bar.Each food handling area must have a fully stocked hand wash sink. Operator was told to close this food handling area until a permanently plumbed in hand wash sink was installed at the bar.
