      • It was observed during the inspection that1. Many tattoo ink bottles were expired. Upon discussion, the operator indicated that these inks may be retained for personal painting on paper.2. A few tattoo ink bottles, chemical containers, and spray bottles were missing labels, making it difficult to accurately identify their contents and increasing the risk of misuse, improper handling, or accidental cross-contamination.Ensure that1. All expired tattoo ink bottles are removed from service and disposed of in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Only tattoo inks that are within their expiration date are to be used for tattooing procedures. If expired inks are retained for personal painting on paper or other non-tattoo purposes, they must be clearly identified as "NOT FOR TATTOO USE" or stored in a separate, clearly labeled container and maintained separately from tattoo inks intended for client use.2. All tattoo ink bottles, chemical containers, and spray bottles are clearly and accurately labeled at all times to facilitate proper identification, safe handling and use, and to prevent misuse or cross-contamination.

      • A couple of expired hand sanitizer bottles and an expired liquid green soap bottle were observed in use at the time of inspection.Both products were discarded during the inspection.Ensure that all products are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and are monitored regularly for expiry dates. Expired products must be removed from service and disposed off appropriately.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • The client chair and several stools used by artists were in a state of disrepair, with scratches and damage on the surfaces and edges. These defects had rendered the materials porous and absorbent, preventing effective cleaning and disinfection.Replace the damaged items or repair the affected surfaces to ensure they are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable, thereby enabling effective cleaning and disinfection.
