- High temperature dishwasher measured 55C at the rinse cycle. Do not use dishwasher until it has been repaired and is sanitizing dishes at 71C (rinse level). Discussed using the two-sink method for dishwashing using chlorine (bleach). Test strips will need to be used to measure sanitizing concentration.
