    • 05. Are communicable diseases at this facility being properly managed?
      • Operator will have their communicable disease policy changes from 24 hours to 48 hours after client is symptom free.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Basement 2 to 3 years old room no First Aid Kit at the time of inspection. Operator will purchase one prior to the opening of day care on April 15. Submit a photo once you have purchased a new First Aid Kit in this classroom. Restock band-aids in preschool room's First Aid kit. Ensure staff's First Aid certification all up to date.
    • 23. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Critical)?
      • Cloth cots stored next to portable hand washing station/diaper changing area was only disinfected monthly. Education provided to operator to have this cloth lined cots disinfected at least weekly or as often as needed such as after an accident.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Basement washroom ventilation not working. Please have maintenance to check it and fix it. Inform the undersigned PHI once the ventilation has been fixed and working properly.
