      • 1. On the anti-entrapment plan, the maximum flow rate for the pump is 650GPM and the operational flow rate during the inspection was 710GPM. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Confirm the maximum flow rate for the pump and update the anti-entrapment plan. Please send the updated plan to the Inspector for review.

      • 1. The bacteriological water sample received by the lab on June 30, 2026 was not tested, because the sample was received more than 24 hours after collection. The collection date on the requisition form was May 30, 2026.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The pH on the automated controller 7.07 did not match manual results 7.67. **June 3, 2026: the automated controller read pH 6.73 and manual testing yielded pH 7.06. The automated controller was calibrated right before the inspection. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Ensure the readings are consistent with manual test results.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. The depth markers on the pool deck are worn down, and paint chipping.2. There is rust at the base of the Southeast climb ladder. 3. Skimmer cover is missing beside the Southeast climb ladder. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please repair the depth markers so they are easily visible.2. Repair the climb ladder, so it is easy to clean and maintain.3. Replace the skimmer cover.
