- Observation: No active sanitizer (Chlorine) detected in sanitizer spray bottles. (Public Health Significance) Sanitizing solutions must be strong enough to destroy microbes on food contact surfaces to limit contamination that may result in illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator to change sanitizer solutions as required. Unscented chlorine should always maintain a minimum concentration of 100 ppm.
