This sink cannot be dual purpose as a bathroom sink, or a sink that is used for diapering hand hygiene. Additionally, a sink should be available for staff hand hygiene when handling client foods (This can be dual purpose with toy washing sink).

      • There is a lack of storage for personal items of clients.

      • There is a cracked windowpane in the preschool room.

      • Both locations will need to be secured and adjusted for childcare (i.e. childproofing).Slippery stairs outside were observed. For both pods it was noted that the stairs were slippery due to ice buildup. Please ensure stairs are safe to use.Light covers in location 2 observed to be missing, Ensure lights are maintained in a safe matter for childcare.
