      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar glassware washer - 0ppm iodine detected in final rinse. Priming of sanitizing line was done and 0ppm detected using EHO strips and test strips on site.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure glassware is sanitized such as by using 12.5 minimum iodine (and not more than 25ppm) in rinse water. In meantime, glassware will go through main dishwasher.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main dishwasher has no final sanitizing rinse (0ppm chlorine during 3 runs and water temperature 130F).
      • Corrective Action(s): Chlorine line was not in sanitizer solution. Adjusted during inspection. Chlorine was then provided at 50ppm in the final rinse water after priming the line. Corrected during inspection. Check sanitizer daily and record.
