- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small upright cooler at the bar has an ambient temperature of 7.2C to 9.5C. Around 50 to 60 dairyland half and half creamers are inside the cooler. "Keep refrigerated" was stated on the label of the creamers. Operator said these creamers were inside the cooler since last Saturday. No temperature logs was available for this cooler upon request.
- Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or less to prevent the rapid growth of bacteria and/or formation of toxins that could lead to foodborne illness. Do not use the small upright cooler to store any potentially hazardous foods until the cooler is repaired to have a temperature of 4C or below.
- Operator voluntarily discarded to half and half creamers. Operator states that they will not use the small upright cooler to store dairy products in the future.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Concentration of chlorine dispensed by the glasswasher upon final rinse cycle is 10 ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure the concentration of chlorine dispensed by the glasswasher after final rinse cycle is 50 to 100 ppm at all times. This ensures that bacteria is removed from drinking glasses. Do not dilute the bleach with water. Use test strips to verify the concentration of chlorine daily.
- Once operator filled the sanitizer bottle with more bleach, glasswasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse cycle.
