      • Temperature of the cooler in front serving area is recorded 11 degrees Celsius. Operator indicated that high risk food was brought to this cooler few hours ago. Operator moved high risk food to other coolers at the time of inspection. Operator is advised to repair this cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or below.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • No prepared sanitizer solution was observed at the time of inspection. A bucket of 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution was prepared by the PHI during inspection and education provided on the need to ensure a sanitizer solution is prepared daily for use and the required concentration maintained.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test strips were not observed.Please obtain chlorine test strips.

    • 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
      • A big green garbage bin from mall is used in the facility. These garbage bins are not cleaned routinely. Operator is advised not to bring these bins into the food processing area as these are not properly cleaned. Operator is advised to use their own clean garbage bags with proper plastic bags to collect garbage from the facility and then dump it into bigger garbage bins provided by Mall Management in the designated garbage collection area. Operator removed this garbage bin at the time of inspection.
