      • Observation: Operator was unable to find the health permit provided by Northern Health
      • Corrective Action: To obtain a copy of the permit in case it cannot be located, contact Northern Health. The permit must be displayed in a noticeable location where employees using the kicthen can easily see it. The process for acquiring the permit document will be included in the email accompanying this inspection report.
