      • There was no hot water at the hand sink. Please make sure hot and cold running water is available at the hand sink at all time.

      • *Noted onsite during the inspection, backdoor was left open for air circulation during the warm weather.Please make sure screen door is installed at the back door for prevent the pest enrty when the back door is left open.

      • *2 comp. sink left side corner was not draining. It was plugged. Please make sure it is properly repaired and in good working condition. *There was no hot water at the hand washing sink. Please make sure hot and cold running water is available at the hand sink at all times.

      • Ice cream scoops not stored properly while in use. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. To slow the growth of bacteria, scoops should be stored using the following methods:a. In sanitizer(food grade sanitizer)b. Ice waterc-Running water d- Clean and sanitize after each use.

      • Sanitizer bottle was not labelled, and staff was not really aware of preparation of sanitizer. Please make sure sanitizer bottle is labelled for properly use of the sanitizer and review the preparation of the sanitizer with the staff.

      • There was no hot water at the hand sink. Please make sure hot and cold running water is available at the hand sink at all time.

      • Counter surface by the 2 comp. sink was not in good repair. *Please refinish the surface.

      • There was duct tape on the handle for the left deep freezer. All equipment must be smooth and easily cleanable. Duct tape must be removed to ensure the exterior of the deep freezer can be properly cleaned.
