      • Infant and Junior Washrooms: Facility-supplied diapers were being stored on open shelving and on the change table rather than in a protected container. Some diapers were stored immediately adjacent to the diapering surface, while others were stored directly above a toilet.Diapers are susceptible to contamination from toilet flushing, environmental contamination, and potential splashing during diaper changing activities. *Store diapers in a closed container or another protected manner to prevent contamination and allow for effective cleaning of the area.**Relocate diapers to the head end of the change station to provide separation and reduce the risk of contamination from splashes during diaper changes.
