      • Horseshoe room: Some blinds are missing in the classroom and need to be reinstalled. Please reinstall them. Horseshoe room: The art supplies cabinet is not closing properly. Please repair.Horseshoe room: Glue residue was found on the tables. Please scrub thoroughly and ensure all residue is removed for proper cleaning and sanitizing.

Please ensure each child's bedding is stored separately without touching others.

      • Cleaning rags were placed on top of spray bottles or on counter. Please ensure the following:- cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. - place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags.
