- The facility did not have an established procedure in place to monitor food temperatures of cold food products that were received from the central kitchen. There was no established procedure in place to monitor food products that are reheated. Implement a food monitoring procedure. Operator will provide temperature logs, probe thermometer was available to measure food temperatures in the future.
