      • Manufacturer's instructions for use of cosmetic products were not being followed: 1). bacteriostatic saline was being used for reconstitution, while manufacturer requires a preservative-free saline be used. Preservative-free saline was available onsite. Discontinue use of bacteriostatic saline.2). neuromodulators were being reused for more than 24 hours after reconstitution. Ensure that the neuromodulators are used within 24 hours after reconstitution, and the products are labeled with the date of opening.
