      • July 11, 2025:The dipper well has been attached to the inside of the food preparation sink with staff using the spray hose to rinse the ice cream scoops. This is not acceptable.- Relocate the dipper well to the original location that it was approved at, hook it up to water and obtain the drain plug to allow it to operate properly.June 10, 2025:Utensils (ice cream scoops/spatulas/tongs) are being stored in containers of plain water.- Operator switched to storing in ice-water baths and sending for frequent washing.The dipper well for the storage of the hard ice cream scoops is currently not operational. - A part has been ordered.
