      • Staff personal backpack and sweater were noted stored in the side beverage dispensing area.- All staff personal belongings are to be stored out of the food handling areas and away from business related items.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • 0 ppm Quats sanitizer was detected in the solution at the 3-compartment dishwashing sink. Quats sanitizer solution needs to be at minimum 200 ppm Quats. Staff prepared a new solution which measured at 200 ppm.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The dispenser at the "Cold Brew & Frozen Brew Bar" machine is continuously leaking water into the drip tray.- Requires repair
