      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats in sani-bucket at front-of-house tested at 50ppm, and sani-bucket at back-of-house tested 0ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff replaced solution in all sani-buckets during inspection, tested at 100-200ppm. Ensure to replace sanitizer solution every 2 hours using test trips to verify sanitizer strength is at 200ppm. If sanitizer is consistently below 200ppm, repair the sanitizer dispenser.
