- The operator indicated toy washing is carried out every 5 weeks. Please be advised that toys used by clients should be washed with soap, rinsed with clean water and disinfected with bleach on a weekly basis.
- 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
- Mouse droppings observed in the closet storage room (storing the vacuum). Clean up mouse droppings. A pest control company should be hired if new mouse droppings are spotted.
