For barbering & waxing services, written procedures for skin cleansing were completed at the time of inspection.Written procedures for accidental skin cuts or punctures was provided to the operator at the time of inspection.Reprocessing sink will not be used for handwashing therefore written procedures for sink decontamination is not required.

- The low-level disinfectant (barbicide) and intermediate level disinfectant (clippercide) were missing claims on the label. Obtain new disinfectants.
