Staff were present and supervising children, but please doors with access to chemicals or staff areas are kept closed. *There were also doors left open in other areas that led to the laundry and storage. Please keep doors closed to ensure children are not able to access off limits areas.

      • *The caulking behind the handsink in the toddler bathroom was in disrepair. Please remove and recaulk.*High touch areas like light switches and doors were dirty. Please ensure these areas are cleaned and disinfected more frequently.

Please secure pin.3) The sand paper grip on the step stool was lifting and could be a tripping hazard. Please ensure that the surface of the steps are smooth and clean.
