      • 1) The black area rug in the hallway by the jr. toddler room was curling on the corners which could be a tripping hazard. Please replace.2) The pin on the fold down change table in the jr. toddler room appeared to be coming out. Please secure pin.3) The sand paper grip on the step stool was lifting and could be a tripping hazard. Please ensure that the surface of the steps are smooth and clean.

      • Age 4-6 Room - one set of cubbies was in disrepair near the entrance door. Repair required.Older toddler room - the shelf in the bathroom was in disrepair.Baby room - the change pad in the baby room was in disrepair and requires replacement.

      • Age 4-6 Room - no mechanical or natural ventilation was observed in the bathrooms.

      • Preschool Room - the fridge in the preschool room was monitored at approx. 11C. High risk food moved to main fridge. Please ensure temperature is maintained at <4C. Thermometer required for temperature monitoring.
