- At the front handwashing station, quat sanitizer solution in the bucket was tested 0 ppm. Operator refilled quat sanitizer during inspection.- As discussed, ensure that sanitizer solution is prepared, tested, and maintained at adequate concentration (200 ppm).

- A total of 17 pizza's (Cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and Jalapeño pizza) were observed stored at room temperature in the display case. No time/temperature control system was in place for pizzas. Temperature measured 23.4C.- Food was discarded by the operator.- Implement proper temperature control: Maintain foods at or below 4°C or 60°C or above or establish an approved time‑tracking system for items held at room temperature.
