- Food was being transported in the vehicle without any means of temperature control or protected from contamination.-obtain large bins/containers for any foods that need to be transported rather than just a pot or a container of sandwiches. Ensure foods are transported at proper temperatures: hot foods no less than 60C, and cold foods no greater than 4C.

Cooking and heating up of foods will required the additional hand wash sink.Please install a hand wash sink in the kitchen. *** Update January 24 2024***The operator informed the PHI about plans to place a handwash sink beside the fridge.
