      • There is no soap or sanitizer for manual dishwashing procedure at the community kitchen 3-compartment sink- Ensure soap and a food safe sanitizer is available for manual dishwashing procedure. There should be corresponding test strips to the sanitizer of choice

      • There is an outlet cover missing in the washroom located off the community kitchen- Ensure all outlets and light fixtures have proper covers
