- Conversation with the Manager revealed that creamers that require refrigeration are kept at room temperature for 2 hours and then placed back in the refrigerator. Creamers are not discarded after 2-hour hold at room temperature. Time tracking sheets were used for this purpose. Incorrect process in place. Ensure creamers are discarded after 2 hours hold at room temperature.
