- 19(1)(e) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:

- Observed rodent droppings on some shelves. Thoroughly clean and sanitize shelves where mouse droppings are seen.

- Observed food debris on the floor under the deep fryers and cooking equipment. Clean floors.
