Previous: Upon re-inspection of the personal services facility, it is noted that the owner still did not have the required test strips to measure the minimum effective concentration for the high-level disinfectant.Previous: The operator does not possess the necessary testing equipment to measure the minimum effective concentration of the high-level disinfectant. Please ensure the appropriate test strips are acquired.
