- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Previously: Dry storage room and frame around exterior door have raw, unfinished wood surfaces and gauges in the wall. These surfaces are uncleanable and can lead to unsanitary conditions that harbour germs and attract pests.Please ensure that all surfaces are smooth, durable, non-porous - these qualities are required for surfaces to be easy to clean. Sealing raw wood with paint or other sealants is satisfactory. Sept 6: Materials are on-site to cover the raw wood surfaces - operator states this will be completed shortly. Please email a picture to me once completed.Other: In ladies washroom, a new paper towel dispenser with manual pump to dispense towel has been installed.

- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Handwashing sink at main prep-line is fully supplied.However, the push panel on the hand soap dispenser is missing, making it very challenging to extract soap. Operator stated that this disrepair is new. Required operator to add a hand soap dispenser with pump to the station until the dispenser is repaired.Please repair the dispenser and send a picture to me when it has been repaired.
