Submit a satisfactory bacteriological water sample from the swimming pool to the Provincial Laboratory.3. Have the swimming pool assessed by a qualified pool technician and provide a written report to our office verifying that the swimming pool equipment (including filtration, circulation, and disinfection equipment) is in acceptable working condition. Until the work listed above is completed to the satisfaction of a Public Health Inspector, the swimming pool must remain closed.
