    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • Current covers, Hayward WG1032, are non-compliant for this system. Current 12x 12 floor covers are not tested for a pipe diameter of 21/2 inches. In addition, the max flow rate of the system is unknown, and sump information is not available in anti-entrapment plan.ACTION:X Ensure submerged suction outlets are equipped with ANSI /APSP-16 2011 covers. Covers must be installed as per manufacturers requirements. The flow rating of the submerged suction outlet covers must be higher than or equal to the max flow rate of the system.X Provide max flow rate of the system.X Provide information on sump measurements.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • One of the skimmer baskets was installed upside down because it was in disrepair and could not be properly seated in place. Please ensure that all skimmer baskets are in good repair and installed according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Anti-entrapment plans are incomplete. Additional information is required to complete review.
