      • July 10, 20261) The whirlpool appears to have been refinished since the last inspection on February 4, 2026; however, there are currently cracks in the surface with sharp edges that are lifting. Please ensure that the pool basin is maintained in good repair.2) The operator was not aware of any replacements to the damaged components. She will investigate and determine whether any repairs have been completed.February 4, 20261) The whirlpool basin’s finishing is not in good repair. The concrete is exposed, and a crack is present in the basin. Please ensure that the basin is in good repair.2) The Pentair Triton II TR-140 filter has a cracked lateral, which is causing sand to be displaced into the whirlpool.
