      • An insect repellent and a sunscreen cream were observed on a table and a sand table, respectively. During the inspection, both items were removed and relocated to an area inaccessible to children.

      • One of the toilets in the preschool washroom was found to be in disrepair. A request has been submitted to have it repaired.

      • Chlorine bleach concentration was insufficient and measured at 50 ppm in the Preschool washroom with toddler-size toilets. Ensure that chlorine concentration is over 100 ppm.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The dryer vent was not connected, and the dryer was not vented outside. Repair or replace affected components.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Improper toy washing procedures (e.g. sinks used for hand washing were used for toys washing, improper steps for toys washing and disinfection, etc.).
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. No paper towel dispenser was provided in the Preschool washroom with toddler-size toilets (was removed).2. No waste bin was provided in the OSC washrooms.3. The diaper waste bin did not have a cover in the Baby room.4. The large toilet paper roll was not placed inside the toilet paper dispenser in the Girls' OSC washroom.
