- An unlabelled spray bottle (reported - Pine-Sol) was observed on the kitchen counter. No chlorine bleach disinfectant was observed. Ensure that only approved disinfectants are used for sanitization of food-contact surfaces, and all chemicals are labelled.

- A potatoes cutter equipment was not visibly clean. Please ensure that all equipment used in the kitchen is cleaned after the use.
