- 3 sanitizer spray bottles are observed without labels. Ensure all chemicals are labeled. The operator labelled the indicated spray bottles during the inspection.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- A gap is observed between the wall and the porcelain handwashing sink which makes the surface difficult to clean. Ensure that the indicated gap is sealed to render the surface smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean.
