      • Push-in pins were used in children's areas in Preschool room. They were removed during the inspection.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Chlorine bleach disinfectant concentration was 50 ppm, which is below minimum required chlorine concentration of 100 ppm. It was addressed during the inspection. Please ensure that chlorine bleach concentration is at least 100 ppm.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Ceiling tile was stained/water damaged in the Preschool room. Please replace.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Two buckets used for toys storage were damaged and had sharp edges. Please replace.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was 52.3C in the second-floor washroom sink. It was addressed during the inspection. Please ensure that hot water temperature is 49C or lower.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • Hand sanitizer observed in Preschool room expired in 2022, and it was kept within children's reach. It was discarded during the inspection. Please ensure that if hand sanitizer is used, it is not expired, and the label instructions for storage are followed (e.g. keeping out of children's reach).
