    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • At time of inspection:1. Chemical test strips were not available to test the chemical sanitizing solution that is planned to be used for this facility.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Obtain chemical (chlorine) test strips for this facility. Use these test strips to verify that the chlorine concentration (in the main sanitizing spray bottle) is at a concentration of 100 PPM.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • At time of inspection:1. The front (north-side) entrance door was not fully sealed at the bottom - possibly allowing pests to enter into this facility.2. Pest control records / checklists have not yet been implemented for this facility.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Seal the bottom / side of the north entrance door. The installation of weatherstripping may be adequate to address this issue.2. Ensure pest control checklists are filled out once (1) per month and kept in a binder so that they can be reviewed during future inspections.
