- At time of inspection:1. Chemical test strips (Quaternary ammonia) were not available to test the sanitizing solution for sanitizing counters / food contact surfaces. Be advised that chlorine test strips were available to test the chemical-sanitizing dishwasher.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Obtain quaternary ammonia test strips in order to test the concentration of the quat sanitizing solution to ensure it maintains a concentration of 200-400 PPM.
