There appears to be some corrosion build-up inside the main ice machine (closer to the top).The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Remove all corrosion within the ice machine and sanitize the entire inside. There should not be any corrosion build-up within any ice machine.

- 06. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- At time of inspection:1. The bottle sanitizing station was not functioning properly. The sanitizing dispenser has not been functional since August 10, 2024 - indicating that the bottles were not being sanitized prior to filling with potable water. The current process was explained that the bottles were being "double-washed" in place of them being sanitized with a 100 PPM chlorine bleach solution.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Make necessary repairs to the bottle station sanitizer dispensing unit (which appears to be already underway) to ensure it is properly functional and is dispensing chlorine sanitizer solution into each bottle at 100 PPM chlorine residual. Use chlorine test strips to verify that this unit is fully functional. Be advised that the operator has indicated that water is not being dispensed currently due to this issue. Ensure water bottles are not filled until this issue has been fully addressed.
