      • 1. Wall directly outside office had been patched but not painted. Paint to ensure wall is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. 2. Wall to the right of dishwashing area was damaged. Repair and paint, so that wall is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

      • Cleaning was required - where sauces were being dispensed from shelf next to back door- Floor underneath shelving where dry ingredients and take out containers were stored

      • A staff phone was observed on prep table. This was moved during the inspection. Ensure staff personal items are not stored in food prep areas.

      • Drywall beside mop sink is damaged. Please repair so that it is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. *Cited again May 27, 2025

      • A staff phone and water bottle were on prep table beside grill. These were moved during the inspection. Ensure staff items are stored away from food handling areas to prevent cross contamination.

      • Quats test strips had expired. Please obtain new quats test strips.

      • Taps and hand sink beside grill and at hand sink behind till were leaking. Repair.

      • There was no sanitizer available initially. Staff member made sanitizer during inspection. Ensure a sanitizer is available when food prep is occurring.

      • Drywall beside mop sink is damaged. Please repair so that it is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

      • A damp cleaning cloth was on the prep table beside dishwashing area. This was corrected by placing cloth into sanitizing solution during inspection. Ensure all cloths are stored in sanitizing solution.
    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • A used glove was observed on the prep table. This was discarded during inspection. Ensure gloves are discarded after use and not re-used.
