- The initial measured concentration of the QUAT sanitizer pail was 0ppm. Staff refilled pail with fresh sanitizer. Retested and concentration was acceptable (200ppm). Please ensure that the sanitizer concentration is monitored and correct concentration maintained.

- No QUAT test strips were available to measure the concentration of the sanitizer solution. Please ensure valid sanitizer test strips are ordered and available onsite.

- Gaps were found in the walls around the drainpipes under the hand sink and 3-compartment sink. These gaps should be properly sealed to prevent pest entry.

- The small counter next to the 3-compartment sink has exposed raw wood. The wood should be sealed or finished to make it non-absorbent to water and easy to clean.
