- - Few small, black colored flies were noticed below the 3 compartment dishwashing sinks. - The weatherstripping at the back door was ripped off and there were gaps which could be an entry point for the pests. Action required: - Please contact the pest control company and take corrective actions for the elimination of the flies.-Please repair the backdoor weatherstripping.

- -Dirt and debris were noted underneath the dishwashing sinks. - Cleaning is required underneath the dish area. - The floor of the walk-in cooler requires cleaning. -Dried up coffee spills were observed on some spots on the front counters. Please ensure that the counters are frequently cleaned with sanitizer solution.

- Small, black flies noted around the back kitchen area, as well as in the front server area. Facility is to continue working with pest control to eliminate these.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Caulking on the wall behind the dishwashing sink is dirty and not in good repair. Redo this caulking so the area is smooth and easy to clean.

- Cleaning needed around the dish area. A build up was noted under tables, sinks, and on the walls underneath the dishwashing sinks.
